Fees
I am very intentional about personalizing speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting services tailored to my partners' needs. I am very intentional about creating a safe and brave space for all people. I provide relatable, tangible, and realistic best practices, resources, and tools to implement immediately and on a short and long-term basis.

I believe that the fees shown below are fair and reasonable. Inquire about reduced pricing for small nonprofits, businesses, and startups.

Speaking Engagements and Workshop Facilitation
$750 - Virtual 60-minutes speaking and facilitation
$1,000 - Virtual 90-minutes speaking and facilitation
$2,000 - Virtual 2-hour speaking and facilitation
$4,000 - Half-day in-person (4 hours, including breaks) speaking and facilitation
$8,000 - Full-day in-person (8 hours, including breaks) speaking and facilitation

Consulting
Consulting and mentoring rates begin at $500 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours.

Auntie Jess Mentoring
Development of personalized goals and thriving plan. The mentoring will include the personality profile and the assessment report. Contracts begin at 3 months or longer.
Summer Programming $30K - Customized programming for students during internships or REUs in STEM. Programming includes 1:1 meetings, group meetings, and Firesides Chats.
Academic $250 per hour - Customized mentoring for students during the academic semester (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer). Minimum of 10 hours.
1:1 Mentoring $325 per hour - Weekly, Bi-weekly, or monthly mentoring sessions. Minimum of 10 hours.

Adult Mental Health First Aid Training
Two options:
$170 - Single registration investment, including the Adult Mental Health First Aid manual and participant processing guide.
$3000 - Special Group Package for Organizations. This special package is designed to make it easy for organizations to acknowledge the role of mental health in the workplace, provide proven training for their staff, and offer ongoing support to those who receive training. Included in the package:

1-hour Zoom presentation to your organization’s staff

“Seats” for up to 10 participants

“Mental Health First Aid” manual

Delivery of certification confirmation to designated organization manager (e.g. HR)

Post-training monthly group Zoom sessions

Travel
Travel costs are extra and will include a full day for the facilitator’s time the day before the first workshop(s) and a full day for the day after the last workshop(s). Minimum (3) days.

If more than one workshop will be presented in person, a specific schedule will be discussed with the client.
​
Travel costs also include lodging (booked by Jessica A. Harris, LLC, but adhering as closely as possible to the GSA per diem cost schedule for the destination city/county), meal allowance (M&IE), as defined by the GSA, airfare Economy Plus or First-class RT (depending on location), and ground transportation costs (estimated as the cost of a compact rental car, parking, fuel, etc).

Travel on the weekends may be available for an additional fee. The estimated travel costs will be presented to the client during the contract agreement stage, but will not be itemized in the final invoice(s) to the client.
