Scenarios specific to faculty, students, and administrators
Available mental health resources
You will learn how to use the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE):
Assess for risk of suicide or harm.
Give reassurance and information.
Encourage appropriate professional help
Encourage self-help and other support strategies.
2 hours of virtual training, on your own, before the course begins.
8 hours of training in a single session with the instructor (includes breaks).
