• You will learn how to use the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE):

  • Assess for risk of suicide or harm.

  • Listen non-judgmentally.

  • Give reassurance and information.

  • Encourage appropriate professional help

  • Encourage self-help and other support strategies.
